We would like the following:
1. Set default value D2 for company code 0028
2. For company code 0028, move profit center field to after cost center.
3. For company code 0028, move text field to after profit center.

(Include Screen Shots if required)FB75 Screen layout has changed as given. below is the config step by ste process.
1) Transaction screen variant. T.Code(SHD0)
Click on create then FB75 screen will be displayed, make the necessary changes in the field positions and then press enter
Save the screen variant
2) Create the variant group then transaction variant will automatically created
3) Assign the screen variant in transaction variant.
4) Assign the variant to the user
